Come and see these small poodle paintings (10x10cm) with metal leaf details at the miniature exhibition: 'Business Cards 2020' in Galerie Paterswolde in Paterswolde from 8 November 2020 - 12 January 2021.
The 12th of May I graduated at the Wackers Academy in Amsterdam. The last 1,5 years had sometimes been challenging for me. My graphical and more conceptual interest didn't always match with the traditional and impressionistic academy. But I stayed true to my own style and it paid off positive and resulted in very good critics for my final work.
Now, despite of the corona virus, we are given green light for the exhibition of our final work. Myrthe Biesheuvel and I are very happy. We worked so hard this last year and can't wait to show all that we've been creating to the world ;-)
Our Graduation Exhibition is Saturday and Sunday 11 and 12 July, 11-17u at the Wackers Academy, Eerste Helmersstraat 271, Amsterdam.
Since September this year after four years of study I am in my final year at the Wackers Academy in Amsterdam. Maarten Welbergen is my examination mentor and in the weekend of 6 and 7 June 202o I will present my exam work at the Wackers. Hope to see you there!
In the weekend 25 - 26 May 2019 I will be joining the art route Kunst Ronde Venen. You can see my work at Voorbancken 16 in Vinkeveen, where I will be from 13-17u. I will also sell new arty postcards.
Hope to see you!
New works to be seen 2th of July until 1th of October at the lunch cafe Kunst en Koffie, Nieuwstraat 12 in Kockengen.
Open weekdays from 10 AM until 4 PM.

In February this year I've been asked to paint an art bench for the project 'Aan 't roer zitten' initiated bij Jachthaven Vinkeveen. I was given complete freedom in my design. The bench is already sold to the RABOBANK. Next you see a close-up from my design titled "In de cloud", which will be seen beginning of May 2018 in the 'Beeldentuin' at Jachthaven Vinkeveen.

During an art history class a friend of mine told the class about the wig times in the eighteenth century where it was fashion for rich women to wear their wigs sky high. It inspired me to the next two paintings ;-)
